It is operated by a pulley and comes with a stopping pin that can be used to adjust the umbrella. The canopy is made of genuine Sunbrella fabric and custom sewn in an alternating panel design. The color options are almost limitless. This model is commercially rated and perfect for use in any business environment or backyard.

The umbrella is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against any craftsmanship defects. The fabric has a 5 year warranty against excessive fading from Sunbrella. Lead time is 5-15 business days on average.
